All release notes are empty

Problem/Motivation

All release notes in version 2, more specifically alpha1, alpha2, alpha3 are empty. For a person who reads all release notes when upgrading the modules, it would be good to know what the update brings.

Proposed resolution

Update the release notes to inform users what changes to expect.
