Exclude from certain pages [#3259823]

It would be great to exclude certain pages.

For example I have filter_perms on admin/people/permissions and I would like to exclude that page

When you select "Enable select2 widgets for all dropdown and multiselect lists" you can also check for "Disable select2 widgets for admin pages"

i would also like to be able to specify the other pages for exclusion like I can on blocks.

Okay I understand, feel free to submit a patch for it if you manage to fix it!
