section_library 1.2.2

This release improves compatibility with Drupal 11, adds compatibility with the layout builder iframe modal module, adds a filter option by type when importing from the section library, adds Github CI integration, fixes a number of pipeline errors, removes the dependency on jquery, removes deprecated npm packages, and includes a number of additional bug fixes.
