This modules allows the indexing and searching for content in files that attached in nodes.
The module uses the Apache Tika Library and supports the formats:
- IPTC metadata from JPG and TIFF images
- Microsoft Office documents
- OpenDocument formats
- EPUB
- RTF
- and many more
File types can be excluded from the search.
Requirements
Java must be executable on your machine and you have to download and install the Apache Tika Library (app-tika-1.xx.jar file) from: http://tika.apache.org/download.html
The module is based on the core search and no other module is required.
