Search Engine Referers very cool module :-) and good idea
but access.log content size and this time interval is limited.
Probable stored incoming referers with unique sql table?
This solve time interval statistic and help optimize keywords.

Search engine referers is intended as a lightweight module, that only uses, parses and presents data from existing tables (statistics table). Introducing a dedictated database table would be overkill for the intended use of this module.

If you want more functionality, you should try out the Search Keywords module, which does its own housekeeping, instead of using the statistics module.
