I just upgraded to latest dev version (Jul 5) and suddenly these (none) facets started appearing.

Thanks a lot for reporting! It seems this was an unintended by-product of #2007872: Missing results when using OR filters.
The attached patch should fix this. It also contains two tests which check for this bug.
