Problem/Motivation

When we identify SOLR sugegstions that produce zero results it could be nice to keep these on either the database of Drupal or in local (txt) files.
Then, we could use these data to get excluded by default before returning suggestions to Drupal.

Remaining tasks

1) Create the workflow to save bad suggestions (database or plain text files)
2) Create the code to alter final suggestions either on Drupal or on SOLR (preferred) based on the existing bad suggestions data
3) Create a service that aggreegates the txt files and reads from them the data
