exection on sdx:resolve

Problem/Motivation

on drupal 11.4.5:

Hint:
i tried manually b then another error is thrown, there is already an exitsing entry hook_data
also en with drush fails with an db error....
im on a shared webspace and this drupal installation has a prefix "a_" on tables
