This widget allows you to incorporate smart self-updating list of academic conferences, scholarships or vacancies into your web-site.
You can configure and display these types of opportunities:
-- academic conferences; you can specify scientific area
-- grants/scholarships; you can select their type
-- scientific vacancies; you can choose their area
Additionally you can configure the language and the quantity of opportunities being displayed.
Widget is provided by Science-Community.org project.
INSTALLATION:
Simply enable the module and configure it at Configuration -> Web services -> SSC Widget Config. After that, insert the block "Scientific opportunities" into the desired section of your site.
ABOUT:
Science-Community.org project has large and regularly updated database of various academic events and opportunities. Our editors update this database with ~500 selected conferences, ~100 vacancies and ~100 grants each month.
I hope this widget could be good tool to feature your site.
The module is under active development, thus I'll try to meet most of your special requirements and possible customization requests.
