Please could you add a permission for scheduling node actions (ie without being able to see admin/build/scheduled), and per-action permissions too.

At the moment, it's not really possible to expose scheduled actions to non-admin users, as they can make too many changes -- they can schedule things to happen in future that they can't do now! (eg sticky, unpublish, etc)

This version of Scheduled Actions is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
