Release notes

I mistakenly make the 2.x compatible with Drupal 11, not realizing that the significant changes in D11 would cause some compatibility breaks. Mainly reducing the javascript footprint and support for HTMX. I'm hoping that the 3.x branch can live a long life and be the one that is used from Drupal 11 and beyond.
