Offering to maintain Salsa API

I've recently become maintainer of the Salsa Supporters module, which is now under active development again. My company is working on bug fixes and feature additions, as well as a D7 port. We're also working with Salsa Labs to help define the next generation of Salsa's external API. All of these are dependent on updates to the Salsa API module. I've started an experimental D7 port of Salsa API as a sandbox project, but would like to turn that into an official release in the not-too-distant future.
