Port to D7?

This was exactly the functionality I was looking for for a D7 project, so I ran it through the Coder module hoping maybe after that it would Just Work™. But I got the following error when I choose the Rules condition "Webform has been submitted":

I'm over my head here, so I'm going to attach the results from Coder module (including the patch and review pages, which obviously should be removed before creating a dev release) in case anyone wants to take a stab at fixing it.

I'm hoping to see a D7 port of this as well and have a couple of projects in the works that could use this. I have used this module in D6 sites and it works well.

Creating the port is probably a bit over my head too, but I'd be happy to help if I can. Any chance that a port is in the works? If not, has anyone found an alternate solution?
