The "list merge" feature is Ok. You can go on and include this feature in your module.

When I will have time to implement the 'intersect' feature I will provide it as a patch for 'rules_data_transforms' module.

I'd like to remove this module, since its functionality is most meant to be included into RulesDataTransform
