Can this module submit POST requst to site, and execute them like EVENT

e.g. if site www.example.com visit by this link

www.example.com/?login=alex&psw=123&phones=79999999999&mes=Hello!

=> when execute EVENT which read parametres - convert them to variable and make do ACTION used readed paremetres
