"Button was clicked" condition doesn't make distinction between buttons"Save, publish, unpublish, Delete"

as said in the title, "Button was clicked" condition doesn't make distinction between buttons"Save, publish, unpublish, Delete".

Which mean that if i want an action (like "set form error") to excute ONLY when the "un-publishing" a node, even if i explicitly choose the specific button "Unpublish" (Form element: submit:actions:draft), error is fired when i clicked on Save, Delete, Publish..

Can sommebody help
