Hide fields on user profile form based on user role

I made a rule to run when User profile form is being built but I can't seem to get the settings right.

My goal is to hide two fields on the form if the user's role is "Person" but show them if the role is "Organization."

First issue is that I don't see how to find the role of the profile account form being built. I can only get the current user.

Second, when I use the Hide Form Entity action it hides the entire form (or at least it comes up blank.)

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
