Is it possible to use these forms under Rules Components?

I haven't found any way to get the component to understand which form that is being visited.

I think that @Leiph meant that he wants to use Rules Forms conditions / Actions on Rules Components.

However, the rules forms conditions and actions depend entirely on the Form and Form state variables passed through the Rules Event being called.

I know that Rules Components allow for you to choose the variables that are being passed, but then I think you need to manually set what values are being attributed to those variables, so you would need to call the desired Component programatically to set the form variable:

rules_invoke_component('rules_forms_component_test', $form, $form_state);

Other than that I don't there's any way that we can help you.
