Hi,

Is there any way to activate the user login and change password forms? Those pages are only viewable when logged out and form activation requires you to be logged in (even for guest accounts with all Rules Forms permissions).

Events for forms are activated by clicking on generated link. Each of those links contain form_id, so if you need to activate events for user login form u need to prepare your own activation link by editing this generated and set proper form_id.

Example:
http://yoursite.pl/admin/config/workflow/rules/forms/user_login/activate...

That workaraund works for me.
