Site admin is able to change users password who forgot their password.

Is it possible when admin update a password of a user, an event will be triggered where a email with a new password or a one-time login link included ?

The one-time login link is similar as the notification email while creating a new user account.

I cannot find any appropriate token value for a user password or one-time login link either.
