Remove translation folder on top level

This may be a rather mundane or unimportant issue to bring up. However, I noticed that the folder in the rules module, named "translation" is not correct. It should be named "translations". Every other Drupal module calls this folder "translations". And when one downloads Russian/Ukrainian translations for the rules module (from, let's say, Drupaler.ru), the folder is also called "translations". I just copied and pasted the Russian and Ukrainian language files/folders into the rules module and now I have two folders. One "translation" and the other "translations". I suppose I am supposed to now copy the contents out of the "translation" folder and into the "translations" folder and delete the "translation" folder? Furthermore, it is not understandable why this was done, because the module does indeed have "translations" sub-folders; for instance in the rules_admin, there is a "translations" folder that was already there. ...Is this just an oversight that no one caught? ...I won't belabor it anymore.
