Add support for data matcher plugins

Instead of having some special conditions like "text comparison" we want to make the "Data comparision" condition more powerful, by making its supported operators extensible with data matcher plugins. That way something like text comparison with a regex etc. can all be covered with "Data comparision" condition.

Once completed, we could improve the UI to default to a data comparison condition also, but that's another issue.
