Which action to use while adding a taxonomy term to a node when it is saved

I am using rules to add a taxonomy term from a vocabulary to nodes created by feeds module.
Below is the summary of the rule:

Event: Before saving an item imported via feed
Condition: None
Action: ?

For action, I have tried "Set a data value" and "create a new entity", however, it wasn't successful.

Simply, trying to assign a term from a vocabulary before the node is saved. It should be straightforward, yet, thus far it isn't.

Anyone else experience same problem ?
