I can't make the e-mails work for the user language. I have Ubercart installed as well. The header of e-mail order invoice is sent not translated (invoice is translated though, but I believe it's not done by Rules). Here's what I did:

1. Enabled the Rules translation
2. Found the strings in the translate table (admin/config/regional/translate/translate)
3. Entered the translation string for e-mail header
4. Simulated an order for a user with non-english language.
5. Invoice e-mail header is still in english.

Am I doing anything wrong here?

This issue involves a Rule Action provided by the Ubercart. If it doesn't work properly, that should be an issue for the Ubercart issue queue.

In fact, this was brought up in the issue queue back in 2012, and it was quickly fixed. See #1849442: "Email an order invoice" rule action translation. That fix has been part of Ubercart since the 7.x-3.3 release on 11 Dec 2012.

If you are experiencing the same problem or similar problem in the current version of Ubercart, please open a new issue in the Ubercart issue queue with the export of your Rule so we can see exactly which events/conditions/actions you are using and exactly how they are configured.
