Rules components parameter field override

I hope you wont mind if i am writing you to discuss a drupal Rules problem i am facing these days.

Its about Rules, Components and its Parameters.

I can see that i can select, Integer, decimal, text and whole lost of options as parameters and when i execute this rule using VBO it will ask me for the input in the second step.

What if i would want to load a list of nodes in that second step and let use chose one of them instead of just a simple text box and input. how can i do that ?

How will i over ride the default VBO input and re create it to show a list of nodes and let use choose one of them to be passed as argument (nodeid of the selected node from the list) in rule.
