Been seeing this Error. It even stops me from doing updates. I wish I can give more detail, but I just saw this.

Weird. 'public function import($export, &$error_msg = '') {' on line 110 does define the function.

Same issue, but I only get it when I run a drush fl.

I'm using drush 5.8 & rules 2.6.
