How to unblock users from a specific role

Hello,

I tried to found something but without success, so here we go:

I have two roles on my drupal 7 that are: 'candidato' and 'empresa'
And I want that candidato users can signup and don't be blocked but the empresa users have to be unblocked by a admin.

Can I make this with rules? I have tried using this rule:

Event: After saving a new user account

Condition: User has role(s):
account:profile-candidato:user

Role Value: candidato

Action: Unblock user:
account:profile-candidato:user

But every time I try to create a user with this role I get this error:

PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'drupal_db.cache_entity_profile2' doesn't exist: DELETE FROM {cache_entity_profile2} WHERE (cid IN (:db_condition_placeholder_0)) ; Array ( [:db_condition_placeholder_0] => 13 ) em cache_clear_all() (linha 176 de C:\xampp\htdocs\drupal\includes\cache.inc).

Some others info:

I'm using 'Profile2' and 'Profile2 Registration Path'

http://localhost/drupal/candidato/register - give user role candidato
http://localhost/drupal/empresa/register - give user role empresa

Can anyone help?
