Unable to send e-mail. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists.

Installed: Ubercart

When a content type is created that requires Admin Approval, the end user receives the following email message: "Unable to send e-mail. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists."

The admin receives this message:

A message that you sent contained no recipient addresses, and therefore no
delivery could be attempted.

Here is a printout of the array. Now the store email and site emails are set. I have no idea why the from is blank.

I think this is related to this issue: http://drupal.org/node/1490136#comment-6142216, but I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated.
