I can display a system message but I can't seem to do a page redirect to the login page for all Anonymous who aren't already on the login page. I keep getting "The page isn't redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

I've attached a screenshot of my Rules setup. Can anyone spot anything? Thanks!

You should turn the the debug on rules setting, and capture a screenshot of the debug message.

The page isn't redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

I would say it is entering a continuous loop because of your first condition being "path is NOT: /user/*" This should probably be simply /user since /user/* implies the user is logged in; or even try to use the [site:login-url] token that way you know the redirect is to the same url you're testing the NOT against.
