get OG url for user

I'm using Rules and Organic Groups together. I can get most of what I need working so far, however the last element has been a bit of a pain.

Basically I check that if the user is a member of only 1 group (using Check Number of Results From View), then I want to redirect user to that group page right away. However I'm stuck at the final step. I need to obtain the URL to the group that the user is a member of. I tried "Fetch Entity by Property", "Add Variable"... No luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
