rules_dependencies table doesn't exist ?

I am getting the following error when I first install the Uber Cart Store Module from UberCart-Core modules. I don't want to proceed further unless I know what and where things are going wrong.

PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'diamonds_tahirs.rules_dependencies' doesn't exist: SELECT rd.id AS id FROM {rules_dependencies} rd INNER JOIN {rules_config} rc ON rd.id = rc.id WHERE (rd.module IN (:db_condition_placeholder_0)) AND (rc.dirty = :db_condition_placeholder_1) ; Array ( [:db_condition_placeholder_0] => uc_store [:db_condition_placeholder_1] => 1 ) in rules_modules_enabled() (line 1115 of /mysite/sites/all/modules/rules/rules.module).

I checked and found that I do not have rules_dependencies table in my database. The Rules version I have is 7.x-2.0-rc1.

What do I need to do to install Uber Cart? or do I have to work on Rules module again by reverting to the previous version?
