Although adhering to Drupal core standard (content types interface) the current display of machine names pollutes the user interface.

Indeed, I've took a stab on that and improved the overview tables generally to include more information about the rules / components in the greyed out description text like it is already done for actions/conditions on the rule overview.

#1029608 improved rules / component overviews:
Machine names are displayed below the title and greyed out now.
If the weight is not 0, it is shown in the overview too.
Includes any info about provided variables or the component variables.

I think this also helps to get a better overview about components, as the used/provided variables are rather important.
