Seems that if you're installing two dependent modules (for example, module A depends on B) at once (by selecting both of them and pressing "Save configuration") and installation function of A (located at "A.install") calls function from "B.module", installation could fail with error about call to undefined function (or just WSOD, depends on your server settings). This happens with rpx_ui.install and rpx_core.module: rpx_ui_install() calls _rpx_get_identity_provider() and it failed for me, had to write one-time script to finish migration. I'm not sure, maybe this is a core bug.

Temporary solution: install modules one by one, rpx_core must be the first.
