RootCandy still showing normal menu below it's own menu

Hi guys, I've just installed RootCandy, and really like it, but one thing is annoying me...

The theme seems to be ignoring the theme setting saying which navigation menu to use and just displaying the default menu. I'll try poking at it some more, but help would be nice.

I've attached a screenshot of what is happening, just so it's clear.
