I would like to build a dashboard with icons as in this photo: http://www.flickr.com/photos/30032901@N04/3454551743/

Is this a feature that will not be available until a future version? There appears that there was a patch that created this functionality, but it seems that it's been committed to the current version. What am I missing?

Thanks for your help!

On a dashboard there is a link: Hide descriptions
Once you clicked that, you will see icons all over the place... :)
