List news on the home and category pages from views, not static cards

The home page and the six category pages (Studios, Architecture, Product, Branding, Process, Culture) are built from static cards typed into the Canvas pages. A new article never reaches them, and the small categories show stories from other categories.

Proposed resolution

• A new rightup_news view with block displays for every list on those pages: lead, side, more, editors' picks, the latest list and grid, the home hero, the featured block, the On Display slider, and the podcast band.
• Each Canvas placement sets its category (by name), offset and count in the block settings, so one display serves every page.
• Three entity queues let editors decide what leads: Top stories (home hero), Featured (featured block and slider) and Editors' picks (per category). An empty queue falls back to promoted or sticky stories, then the newest.
• Card view modes for news, podcasts and episodes, with Canvas content templates that match the existing cards.
• 22 new demo articles so every category has nine stories, and adjusted dates and flags so a fresh install shows the same stories in the same places wherever the dates allow.
• Functional tests for the category pages, the home lists and the queues.
