Ship the article and podcast page templates and the subscribe form to the design

Problem/Motivation

The recipe ships no canvas.content_template.node.news.full or node.podcast.full, so a fresh install renders whatever Canvas generates. The article banner (9656:3722), podcast banner (13100:7302) and subscribe block (13221:9240) were built as templates but never packaged.

The newsletter form itself comes from Varbase Webform Base as a pill; the design is a square, black-bordered input joined to a black button, placeholder "Email Address".

Proposed resolution

• Ship both content templates: stretched banner column with title at the top and the author/share row (article) or player (podcast) pinned to the bottom; hairline rules; image caption from the media title; purple section rules; centred subscribe row with a 30px heading.
• A simpleConfigUpdate on webform.webform.newsletter_subscribe replacing the element attributes.

Needs vartheme_bs5_rightup 1.0.x with #3625188 (Divider none, Text italic, Group h-100).
