When uploading an image file in private mode, Everything is working, however when previewing a node revision that uses private file image field, the images will not show. (reverting though does load the correct image).

This sounds like a core bug or a configuration problem. Since Revision All just provides a centralized page to control core's revisioning settings it wouldn't have any impact on the behavior of either file uploads or preview mode. I'd recommend opening a bug against core.
