Retina is the simpler version of the Retina Images module which enables to use retina graphics for your website. It uses Retina.js to use retina quality images instead of normal quality ones if available.
The major difference of this module is that it comes with almost no configuration. The only configuration you need to set is whether it should use a CDN or not.
The module will do the rest. Then you can include the @2x images in your themes, or in your modules.
