After upgrade my repository to latest Drupal 8 code the action Enable, Disable and Edit are not available anymore, I get the label but the text aren't clickable.

Looks like the Render/Link (\Drupal\Core\Url) function change recently and now the parameters name and values accepted change.

I did a patch to resolve this issue to resolve the problem and enable user to use Rest UI module.
