Problem/Motivation

It should be easier to test people's contributions and patches as the maintainer (me) doesn't have much time.

Proposed resolution

Add a tugboat config file so new merge requests have a live preview to make testing easier.

Oh thanks! I must admit I’m pretty confused about how it integrates with drupal.org but it sounds like it would be useful

@tanc. I think that the initial work here is done. This seems to be working! See https://www.drupal.org/project/responsive_menu/issues/3206997 as there seems to be an issue unzipping a file while the preview builds.
