The Header block keeps getting pushed to the far right of (not above or below) the Site Name and Site Slogan, even when site name and/or slogan are disabled. I can't seem to figure this out.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

It's default core Bartik template but you can change it via using CSS or editing responsive_bartik\templates\page.tpl.php file (Line 143).
