Looks like Browse and Attach buttons are styled differently, and as such have different sizes and positioned not aligned on the screen, looking a bit scattered. I've tried it on Drupal 7.26 with Responsive Bartik.

It may seem like a minor issue, however quite annoying and not user-friendly, so I expect every developer will have to duplicate effort trying to fix this styling on their projects.

The Browse "button" is a link with the button class applies vs an input button.

Drupal themes are required to include styling for this class as the core Bartik and Seven themes do. Screenshots of the buttons using Bartik and Seven:

I've attached examples from Responsive Bartik (which is basically the up-to-date version of Bartik - upgraded to become responsive) where Media buttons and widget area look distorted for media entry with unlimited cardinality, as shown in the attached screenshots.
I've seen everythings else displayed ok in Responsive Bartik.

Moving to the Responsive Bartik D7 queue as this works fine for core themes as shown in #3.

There's probably just some minor tweaking to the a.button style(s) required.

I'm not able to reproduce this problem. The Browse and Attach buttons look fine to me. See attached Res-Bartik-Media.png.
