Hello,

I have multiple error from CTools when using version 2.x.

Plugin render_cache of plugin type render_cache:ServiceProvider points to nonexistent file sites/all/modules/render_cache/src/RenderCache/ServiceProvider/\Drupal\render_cache\RenderCache\ServiceProvider\RenderCacheServiceProvider.class.php for class handler class.

It seems that CTools wants to also load the plugin via the class property.
