I'd like to make my relevant content field (or block) display different fields besides the title. Ideally, I'd like to show an filefield image, and the title (similar to the attached photo).

Is this possible?

I was able to somewhat achieve what I wanted by using tokens when editing my block in admin/settings/relevant_content/...blockname...
