Hide disabled version plugin settings

Problem/Motivation

While testing the new plugin-based configurations, I would suggest to always show only the settings of the activated plugin. Currently one field group is displayed for each plugin found.

User interface changes

We could use the FormState api to only show the config provided by the plugin enabled in the radio menu using ajax.
