I'm probably missing something entirely obvious, but for some reason when I'm using a view to display the child(ren) nodes, all possible children display, rather than just those associated with the parent. Specifically, I've got a node named "software" with a Parent Ordinality of "none" and Available Child Node types set to "Software Disk." Software Disk has a Parent Ordinality of "one" with no allowable child types.
In my view, I've set Relationship to Node Relativity:Parent Node Id with Require this relationship.
I can't figure out why I continue to have all children display rather than just those associated with the node.
I really like Drupal and have the highest praises for all the developers. These kinds of relationships (Parent-Child) are the norm throughout the relational database world. I can't imagine why this is so hard to do in Drupal! I surely hope that it's built in and totally user-friendly in 7.0. Without it, Drupal can never hope to hold its own, and I surely hope it does.
