Help!

I'm going to try it again, maybe this time it'll work now? I've downloading and now I've got to upload it, but I can already see that the icon is different. A good sign?

It didn't do anything! And more themes are disappearing!

OS/Version: Windows XP
Browser/Version: Firefox, I don't know the version number but I know that it is the latest version.
Description: I tried it again, and it didn't work, and my other Themes are continuing to be deleted.
Screen shot/URL: I can't really do a screenshot, because it happens whenever I reload the page. I can't do the URL because it is happening inside the control panel for my entire chain of websites, and you would need a password.

The actual file of that particular theme is there, and I can't delete it, but the other themes that are there are slowly being deleted on their own..!

I am going to try to see what happens if I try to install a new theme.
