Drupal 6 to 7 upgrade, DEFAULT SELECTION ISSUE - ERROR

Just FYI.

When upgrading from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7 you have to manually set defaults on all Node Reference Fields and User Reference Fields.

If not you get an error when submitting the content type.

It took me a long time to figure this out. The only way i figured this out is by reading the log messages.

Maintainers - Please note on D6 > D7 upgrade defaults are not set as NONE.
