View not populating for Autocomplete on node/add

Issue: View not populating within node/add/

References Version: 7.x-2.0
Drupal Version: 7.10
Install Profile: minimal-7.10
Affected Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, IE (tested IE8, 9)

Issue exists with all themes, notably bartik & custom theme I'm developing.
[site].com/misc/autocomplete.js?v=7.10 is in header

Additional Note:
Noticing autocomplete & aria-autocomplete attributes are missing on the node/add page when viewing source, as well as a missing span. See http://i.imgur.com/sCjiU.png

Apologies if this is a kinda bad issue post - I'm rather new to Drupal!
